I all the time used to study paragraph in news papers but now as I
am a user of net therefore from now I am using net for posts, thanks
to web.

After I initially commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new
comments are added- checkbox and from now on every time a comment is added I receive
four emails with the exact same comment. Perhaps there is a means you are
able to remove me from that service? Many thanks!
